Per Person



  • 40g plain flour (or 20g protein & 20g flour for an extra protein boost)

  • 1/2 tsp (3g) Baking powder

  • 1 egg or egg replacement (you can skip this completely and just increase the creamer if you'd like)

  • 55ml Madagascan Vanilla Creamer (or use the flavour of creamer you would like your pancakes to taste like)

  • Butter to cook


Step 1

Whisk the flour, baking powder, egg and creamer together.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add butter.

Step 3

Add a spoon of batter

Step 4

Cook on medium heat for 2-3 mins or until the edges are set, and bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip the pancake over and cook for another 1-2 mins until the pancake is cooked through and it is golden brown.
