  • 150g Self-raising flour

  • 1/2 tsp (3g) Baking powder

  • 1 tbsp (17g) Caster sugar

  • 200ml Bear Paw Pumpkin Spice Creamer (or use the flavour of creamer you would like your pancakes to taste like)


Step 1

Whisk the flour, baking powder, caster sugar and creamer together.

Step 2

Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add a little oil.

Step 3

Add 4 tbsp of batter into the pan.

Step 4

Cook for around 3 mins or until the edges are set, and bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip the pancake over and cook for another 2 mins until the pancake is cooked through and it is golden brown.
