Ingredients
40g plain flour (or 20g protein & 20g flour for an extra protein boost)
1/2 tsp (3g) Baking powder
1 egg or egg replacement (you can skip this completely and just increase the creamer if you'd like)
55ml Madagascan Vanilla Creamer (or use the flavour of creamer you would like your pancakes to taste like)
Butter to cook
Method
Step 1
Whisk the flour, baking powder, egg and creamer together.
Step 2
Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat and add butter.
Step 3
Add a spoon of batter
Step 4
Cook on medium heat for 2-3 mins or until the edges are set, and bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip the pancake over and cook for another 1-2 mins until the pancake is cooked through and it is golden brown.
