Hazelnut Banana Bread

  • 3 Banana (Ripe about 300g, peeled weight)

  • 230g Plain flour

  • 200g Caster sugar

  • 1 tsp (6g) Bicarbonate of soda

  • 1 tsp (6g) Baking powder

  • 1 tsp (6g) Ground cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp (68ml) Bear Paw hazelnut creamer

  • 3 tbsp (51ml) Coconut oil (melted)


  • 100g Hazelnuts


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180C fan. Line loaf tin (23 x 13 x7cm) with baking paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl mash, the bananas with a fork. Then add the flour, sugar, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and cinnamon and mix together.

Step 3

Pour the creamer and coconut oil in and mix together well.

Step 4

Pour mixture into the loaf tin. Then bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or until cook.

Step 5

Leave to cool for 15 minutes. Then place on a wire rack until cool.
