Ingredients
190ml Bear Paw Pumpkin Spice Creamer
1 ½ tbsp (34g) Ground flaxseed
1 tbsp (17g) Light brown sugar
3 slices of sourdough bread
Method
Step 1
In a shallow bowl mix together the flaxseed, sugar and creamer.
Step 2
Meanwhile, with some oil heat a frying pan.
Step 3
Dunk the bread in the creamer mixture for 10 seconds each side.
Step 4
Place bread into the frying pan and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Step 5
Serve with fresh berries or with maple syrup.
