Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

125g Vegan Butter

175g Light Brown Sugar

300 g Plain Flour

1.5 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda

150g Vegan Chocolate chips

75ml Bear Paw hazelnut creamer

Method

Step 1
In a mixing bowl add the vegan butter, sugar and mix together.


Step 2
Add in the plain flour, baking powder and bicarbonate of soda. Mix together


Step 3
Add in the creamer until the cookie dough is formed.


Step 4
Add in the vegan chocolate chips. Mix together until chocolate is distributed throughout the dough.


Step 5
Portion the cookies into 12 balls of dough. Put them in the fridge for an hour.


Step 6
Whilst the cookie dough is chilling, preheat your oven to 200C (180C Fan)


Step 7
Take the cookies out of the fridge and put onto two large, lined trays with 6 cookie per tray.


Step 8
Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-11 minutes. Once baked, leave them to cool on the tray for 30 minutes.
